Senator Tom Libous, Chairman of the Select Committee on the Disabled, named Chad Price of the Chenango County ARC’s residential program as recipient of the New York Senate Achievers’ Award. Every year, the Senate recognizes individuals’ abilities to overcome challenges and honors their accomplishments on behalf of their community.

Chad entered the Chenango ARC program in 1995 and has made great strides at his place of employment and in the Norwich community. He’s prided himself on his creativity in the CWS kitchen and cafeteria. Over the years, Chad has become a positive role model for many of his peers.
