Vocational Rehabilitation through Sheltered Employment

ARC has dedicated itself to meeting the vocational rehabilitation needs of the consumers in Chenango County for more than three decades.
ARC (CWS) feels that a vocation allows an individual - handicapped or not - to experience a true sense of meaning and self worth. Our ultimate goal is to prepare consumers for employment in the competitive market.
Included in vocational rehabilitation are Pre-vocational services, diagnostic vocational
evaluation and adjustment training, vocational counseling and placement services.
A Rehabilitation Counselor is assigned to monitor the progress of each consumer and to assist in achieving specified vocational goals.
